Dec 1, 2009 - the items he's putting in the quart bag are cream/gel based if your makeup is powder, it doesn't need to go in your quart bag for carry on. the 3 oz requirement is any liquid/cream/gel item cannot be more than 3oz f you want to carry it on. so say you have a huge 5oz bottle of foundation, you cant carry it on at all unless you put it in a smaller pot- youd have to check it. also hes saying pencil makeup the same thickness as a writing pencil doesnt have to go in the quart bag, only thick ones.

The cutter on the dental floss container is just sharp enough, is allowed on planes, and eliminates one more thing from your luggage!
