Feb 27, 2010 - @CmdrTobs cont'd 2) im not sure if you knowabout the difference between micro and macro evolution... im guessing you dont because if you believe in darwinism, you discredit more recent scientific discoveries of evolution(changing of body parts vs. species into species(darwin) which has nvr occured in documented history... unless you can show me the missing link between humans and early homonoids which didnt exist last yr i wont believe darwininsm...but send me a link

mzdamx3rs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - @CmdrTobs-so a few questions towards darwinism 1-if we descended from primates where did our strength go? all primates are at least 5-10times stronger than us 2-how did we lose two chromosomes all primates have 48 we have 46? 3-how did chromosomes magically fuse? 4-our bone structure in many ways from primates having raised brow ridges to the ability to walk on 2 or 4 legs efficiently 5- how does darwin explain our evolution from the first species(fish) to dinosaurs, to mammals?

mzdamx3rs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - i could go on and on the fact is darwin lived only with apes for years, of course he saw similarities to humans, now that we have technology far superior we can see us evolving from a ape is like a ape evolving from a monkey.... both look similar, act similar, but genetically arent related... its the same with us and early homonoids... just because its the most similar looking mammal to us doesnt mean we evolved from it.r u familar with other darwin theories? if so ud see he contradicts himself

mzdamx3rs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - and i have been all over north america, when u say unemployed hicks or wutever... its not the country boys who are unemployed their generally the hardest working from sunrise to suunset... its the inner city thugs, gangs collecting welfare dealing drugs, stealing, going in and out of jail costing us tax dollars, raising 3, 4 kids on the welfare system, etc. the problem isnt country folkbut ur in the U.K so i wouldnt expect u to know our actual issues

CmdrTobs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - ah!!!!! That's not inflation. You are getting confused. With inflation your wage relatively goes up with all costs. You are mistaking the issue of why in say 1955 a mans wage could provide a house and a car all payed for in 5yrs. That's something different. Not inflation. I repeat not inflation. It is the equity of GDP.

CmdrTobs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - Lol I have seen enough. Familiarise yourself with the word "Scaly" (Neds, townies). Scalys don't work but live in cities, they believe in different things but tend NOT to believe in creationism. That is primarily believed in the D.S & bible belt and not by everyone their. It tends to be the less well off less educated people. Hence the phrase "jobless hicks" believe in creationism. Reply to what I actually say, not a straw-man in your head.

CmdrTobs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - Not really the place to talk about this, lets stick with economics on here for now. In any event the point was, creationism is irrational. You agree.

mzdamx3rs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - @CmdrTobs-darwinisms irrational... creationism yes i agree... im familar with the bible belt, id put them in the category of christian extremists... either way i agree with some of ron pauls idea, shrunken government, not bailing out banks or car companies, when they take the jobs to mexico anyway. but that we can blame on the north america untiy act and free trade, obamas billions a yr increase in enviromental tax, what company wouldnt go to mexico

mzdamx3rs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - things i dont agree with would be pulling out of the middle east, it will just be a waste of all the lives and money already lost... and with iran refusing fuel rods, in lieu of enriching uranium to 20% when they cant even develop it into fuel rods, its useless unless they want to further enrich. and it takes less time to go from 20-90%, than 3-20%... so while that situation plays out i think we have to remain in the middle east.. if we leave israel will be dropping nukes like they want to

MillzTheAthlete Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - Wages do go up...but not relative to the inflation rate. Americans didn't get a 10% increase in their paychecks last year that covered the inflation. When there are more people in this country in poverty than the entire population of Canada, that says a lot about how much this government cares about its people. That is not including the 100 million near poverty levels or reach poverty within the year. Remember dollars are just pieces of paper thats the value is determined by bankers.

CmdrTobs Says:

Feb 27, 2010 - No, the value is determined by the DEMAND for the dollars. Because wages don't track inflation, its not inflation which is hurting you. Its wage payers simply paying less. All the data indicates this, rather than the very act of inflation. Simply put, people are just paid less......The economy has been growing. Its just that wealth is being stuffed into the top 10%. I wander if conservatives in general have this miss understanding about inflation?

MillzTheAthlete Says:

Feb 28, 2010 - The first comment doesn't make sense. The currency is not a commodity. I think you got it misunderstood. If the demand of the currency is high and the number of dollars in circulation is high...the value of the dollar is still low. The fact the big companies that benefit from inflation withhold excess dollars from their workers isn't the issue at hand. But Why and How newly created dollars went to those companies is the issue. Its the FED that floods the market with dollars at our expense.

CmdrTobs Says:

Feb 28, 2010 - You're right that was very unclear of me, to be accurate its the amount of Dollars chasing an amount of goods. The reason why a working wage can't buy what it used to any more is down to a combination of de-industrialisation and Enterprise Banking aided by low corporate tax contributions. Inflation is an easy boogie man to pick, but its not the right one. Its easy to think omg $10 20 yrs ago could get me x,y,z then hear someone like RP talk about inflation and become 'convinced'.

MillzTheAthlete Says:

Mar 1, 2010 - Yes & No. There are numerous factors that determine the value of the dollar. Inflation is a tool used by the FED to weaken the value of the debt while flooding the market with funds to pay it off. Unfortunately the tool only aids the major companies that get the newly created money. RP just doesn't what light shined on the FED because of its inflation practices, but for the other factors as well (interest rates, bailouts, etc.). The middle class should have clarity for it hurts us the most.

MillzTheAthlete Says:

Mar 1, 2010 - You are correct that Inflation isnt the boogie man. Its the FED that is the boogie man and the federal reserve act is the closet. The Finance Committee can make the case that the freedom of infomation act allows the actions of the FED to be brought out into the open for the public to see. If so, it would be a big step for the middle class.

CmdrTobs Says:

Mar 1, 2010 - Yes, its a travesty the US central bank is private in this day and age. Though America is not most of the world and that generally is not the case in the first world. Its no mystery that banks/insurance companies or any large finical fund are where the money is funnelled into the economy. The money is not given to Gangsters or private businessmen or anything like that.

CmdrTobs Says:

Mar 1, 2010 - Yes I agree and I have never said otherwise. To be honest I thought we were speaking in more general terms about inflation and wages etc.... You will get no argument from me the Americans system is broke and corrupt in so many ways.
