Feb 7, 2010 - loved it. i actually just tried this with the 88 shimmer palette. turned out so so, it was my first try so i'll get it better next time. just one suggestion. maybe next time spend a little more time explaining how to put the black eyeshadow on to create that smokey effect. i have just started to use black eyeshadows so it would just help me a little more. thank you. as always your tutorials are amazing.

So, I looked at the website and it says that I have to fill out an application before purchasing and give my license number, etc. Is that the difference? Anyone can shop in the actual store, but a professional can do either online or store? If that makes sense...?
